This combines a leading cruise software product with a local service provider that caters to domestic and international cruise operators in the China region.
Thanks to this strategic cooperation with VONE, Resco will be able to provide localized, fast and professional service in the Chinese market. As part of the agreement VONE will translate all of Resco’s core user interfaces into local Chinese languages to deliver a software system that is ideally suited for the market.
VONE has been providing IT solutions, operation and maintenance to cruise ships since 2011, with nine vessels implemented.
Resco's integrated database management solutions include central reservations, customer relationship management, property management and point of sale systems. The platform is tailored to the specific needs of cruise and travel operators.
