Royal Caribbean reinvents digital hub for meeting, event planners
Royal Caribbean International overhauled its site for meeting and event planners to provide an interactive, customized experience. RoyalCaribbeanIncentives.com now offers enhanced search functionality, streamlined site navigation, rich content and exclusive planning tools.

The site's dynamic design and easy-to-navigate layout helps planners quickly pinpoint where they want to start, whether searching by destinations, ships and event venues or just browsing.

A new search widget provides the ability to identify event destination options based on a planner’s group size, for a customized experience.

Planners can explore and use the website from a variety of mobile and tablet devices as well as desktop computers and laptops.

Personalized and simplified searches and newly added content, including the 'Event Customization Guide,' allow event planners to easily access customizable options.

Planners also have the ability to request a proposal from the Royal Caribbean based on their specific group criteria.

'With our reimagined website, we are thrilled to launch our latest investment in building new and stronger relationships with meeting and event professionals,' said Lori Cassidy, associate vp, global corporate, incentive and charter sales, Royal Caribbean International.

Companies have a choice of 25 ships with dedicated conference facilities to accommodate groups of all sizes. Full-ship charters are available for the utmost in customization and exclusivity, and allow for curated itineraries, on-board experiences, product launches and showcases, and staging for concerts and events.
