Seatrade Cruise Global announces State of the Industry panel

The leaders of Carnival Corp. & plc, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings and MSC Cruises will debate the state of the global cruise industry at Seatrade Cruise Global's premier panel.

Carnival president and ceo Arnold Donald, Royal Caribbean chairman and ceo Richard Fain, NCLH president and ceo Frank Del Rio and MSC Cruises executive chairman Pierfrancesco Vago share the spotlight on March 14.

The session will take on a new format moderated by CNBC reporter Susan Li.

The panel will commence with four CruiseTalks on key topics, delivered by cruising's most influential executives. The topics are technology and Innovation, shipbuilding, destination planning and environmental and safety practices.

As the individual CruiseTalks conclude, the four executives will join Li for a panel discussion addressing hot topics like the expanding Asian market, the geopolitical climate and cruising's record orderbook.

Li is a general assignment reporter appearing on CNBC’s Business Day programming including 'Squawk Box,' 'Power Lunch' and 'Fast Money.' She previously served as an anchor for CNBC International in London and earlier hosted multiple shows in the Hong Kong studio. Her 'knowledge and expertise in bringing the most important business news stories into our offices and living rooms on a daily basis will be welcomed at this year’s conference,' said Robyn Duda, portfolio director, Seatrade Cruise Global.

The session, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. March 14, will be held in Port Everglades' Terminal Four, adjacent to the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.

Seatrade Cruise Global 2017 is set for March 13-16 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center. The four-day conference and three-day exhibition annually draw more than 10,000 registered attendees, over 700 exhibiting companies from 93 countries and more than 300 international media.
