Participants include Dr. Robert Bargatze, head, North America, government affairs and policy, Takeda Vaccines; Dr. Pierfrancesco Lepore, fleet medical director, MSC Cruises; Mel Skipp, manager - health policy, maritime policy and analysis, Carnival Corp. & plc; and Cdr. The March 16 panel will be moderated by Donnie Brown, vp maritime policy, Cruise Lines International Association.

The session is set for 11 a.m. to noon at the Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.
