Managing director Asia Pacific Amber Wilson said the offer is available for departures between April and November this year and business class upgrades are available from the major gateway cities.
There is also a 10% early booking bonus.
Wilson said the offer is available for new bookings made from now until February 28.
The lead price is A$4,275 per passenger double occupancy for Silver Spirit's eight-day cruise from Barcelona to Rome on November 3.
Passengers from Australia not utilising the free air travel, as well as passengers from New Zealand and Asia, will each receive a A$1,000 credit.
