Sirena's addition pushes Oceania single-day bookings peak
Oceania Cruises said it posted a single-day bookings high last Wednesday when sales opened for the company's 2016 summer and fall six-ship lineup, including the new Sirena (ex Ocean Princess).

Sirena enables the line to 'stretch our imagination when it comes to itinerary planning, providing our guests even more options,' according to Jason Montague, president and chief operating officer for Oceania Cruises. He said the mix of longer cruises and a diverse collection of exotic global destinations for the 2016 summer and fall season 'have clearly resonated.'

In April 2016, Sirena will join sisters Insignia, Regatta and Nautica—all built as R-class ships—to offer a new lineup of 10- to 14-day Mediterranean voyages, blended with a mix of classic and new destinations. Before entering service, Sirena will undergo an extensive bow-to-stern refurbishment.
