Viking Sun sails to Sydney from Santiago on February 12, 2019 on a 32-day ‘Islands of the South Pacific’ itinerary, calling at Easter Island, French Polynesia and New Zealand.
On March 16, 2019, the ship leaves Sydney for Durban on a 29-day ‘Southern Australia to South Africa’ itinerary.
She will visit Hobart, Geelong, Adelaide, Albany and Fremantle before crossing the Indian Ocean and calling at Mauritius, Madagascar and Mozambique.
Md Australia and New Zealand Michelle Black said Australians have the opportunity to combine the Sydney to Durban voyage with a 29-day ‘Along Africa’s Western Shores’ itinerary that departs Durban for London on April 13, 2019.
Black said this back-to-back combination would create a truly ‘magnificent journey.’
Viking is offering a special A$795 fare for the flight to Santiago to join ‘Islands of the South Pacific.’
The same one-way fare applies for the return to Australia from either Durban or London.
