SVP Crane Gladding has exited Norwegian
Norwegian Cruise Line veteran Crane Gladding, svp passenger services, has left the company in a downsizing, Seatrade Insider has confirmed.

Following Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings' acquisition of Prestige Cruises in November, Gladding was tapped to lead a shared services group for the Norwegian, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands. He was to be responsible for reservations, the air/sea department and customer relations—but gave up his previous revenue management duties.

Gladding had a high profile with the travel agent community in particular.

He had led the Partnership 2.0 steering committee, set up in 2008 as part of Norwegian's initiative to put its travel agent partners first.
