British actress Victoria Summer and premium tea purveyor Lawrence Charles hosted an exclusive afternoon tea party in advance of the Sept. 2 release of Summer's new film, 'Game of Aces.'

Charles is the founder and ceo of Charles & Company, a Los Angeles-based firm aiming to brew new business in the cruise industry.

'Tea With Victoria Summer,' which also supported the charity Teen Cancer America, was held at the Los Angeles residence of British Consul General Chris O’Connor.

Guests included 'Game of Aces' co-star Chris Klein and director Damien Lay, hip hop mogul Russell Simmons, luxury furnishings designer Christopher Guy, restaurateur/actress Lisa Vanderpump and husband Ken Todd, entrepreneur/former NFL star Terrell Owens, television host Shae Wilbur, socialite Nikki Haskell, actor Nigel Patrick Daly, photographer Andrew MacPherson and actresses Josette Eales, Sofia Milos and Skye Marshall.

The event was sponsored by BMW of Beverly Hills and offered a red carpet experience, tea by Charles & Company, Lanson champagne and vegan bites prepared by the consul general's chef.

An auction and pledges raised $27,450 to support Teen Cancer America, an organization with British roots dedicated to helping teens and young adults with cancer across America. Joel Romero of Ferretti Yachts made a donation and provided a yacht cruise for the teen cancer survivors.
