The national football team of Uruguay returned Monday from its 2018 World Cup showing aboard Crystal AirCruises’ Crystal Skye.

The specially configured Boeing 777-200LR aircraft, which accommodates 88 guests in 180-degree lie-flat seats, transported the entire team, coaches and officials from the Uruguay Football Association from Russia back to Montevideo, following the team’s elimination on July 6.

Team Uruguay also chartered Crystal Skye for the embarkation from its home country to Russia at the start of the games in June.

Uruguay’s team made it to the fifth round of World Cup competition, winning matches against Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Russia and Portugal before ultimately falling to the French team in the quarterfinals.
