Andy Stuart and Norwegian Cruise Line's 50th anniversary are featured in Seatrade's just-out December issue
On Dec. 19, 1966, Sunward made its first voyage from Miami to the Caribbean. And so Norwegian Caribbean Lines was born, along with the modern Caribbean cruise industry.

In this, Norwegian Cruise Line's 50th year, president and ceo Andy Stuart is one of the longest-serving employees. Stuart, 53, signed on as a 25-year-old in the UK sales office in 1988. Working his way up through many key roles, he became president and chief operating officer in 2015, then president and ceo in 2016.

The latest edition of Seatrade Cruise Review, just out, features Stuart's recollections of the last 28 years, and colleagues' memories of him.
