Thomas Keller's The Grill opens on Seabourn Quest

The Grill by Thomas Keller has opened on Seabourn Quest with a menu, wine list and ambience inspired by a classic American chophouse. The venue is a collaboration between three-star Michelin chef Keller and designer Adam D. Tihany, exclusive to Seabourn.

'We are excited for guests to enjoy the restaurant's top-quality ingredients matched by a tremendous wine list, while traveling the world with Seabourn,' president Rick Meadows said.

Located on Deck 8, The Grill focuses on updated versions of iconic dishes with a menu that draws on many artisan purveyors. A wine list of domestic and Old World labels was personally curated by Keller to complement each dish. Many rare offerings are featured among the more than 90 wine selections from around the world.

The interior design by Tihany provides intimate settings with an elegant and warm yet masculine quality. The Grill by Thomas Keller is located in newly renovated space formerly occupied by Restaurant 2, which was extensively refit during a recent drydock.

The Grill is open for dinner daily, and passengers can make reservations online in advance of their cruise. There is no additional charge to dine at the restaurant.
