Three move up to SVP at Norwegian Cruise Line/NCLH

A trio of proven VPs were promoted to SVP at Norwegian Cruise Line and its parent, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings' Ross Henderson, VP on-board revenue since 2009, became SVP. He reports to Howard Sherman, EVP on-board revenue, port & destination services and casino operations, NCLH.

Norwegian Cruise Line's VP of passenger services since 2008, Vivian Ewart, moves up to SVP. She oversees passenger services for North America and China, and answers to president and CEO Andy Stuart.

Rob Casas, who has been VP of e-commerce the past eight years, was named SVP of e-commerce for the Norwegian brand, reporting to chief marketing officer Meg Lee.
