Tortola Pier Park seeks expressions of interest for signage/wayfinding
Tortola Pier Park Ltd. is soliciting expressions of interest for the design, installation and management of a wayfinding program for Road Town's Tortola Pier Park.

The approximately five-acre development adjacent to the recently expanded cruise pier will offer retail, recreation, dining, excursion facilities and a staging area for taxis and tour operators on land and by sea. The facility will serve cruise visitors, stay-over tourists, day-trippers and locals.

Tortola Pier Park will have 21 kiosks, 11 buildings, two main entrances (from the cruise ship pier and the city center) and several secondary entrances depending on the volume of visitors in a given day. The facility is pedestrian-only but has an expansive road network and a parking lot to the east.

Tortola Pier Park Ltd. seeks to contract an experienced person or company to design and install exterior and interior signage and a wayfinding program. A scoping meeting is scheduled for July 24, and expressions of interest with supporting documentary information are due by 3 p.m. EST July 29.
