Veendam reduces to four Bermuda cruises in 2016
Holland America Line's Veendam reprises Bermuda cruises in 2016 with a rare three-night stay in Hamilton. The ship will offer four of these week-long sailings from Boston, down from six this year.

The 1,350-passenger Veendam is one of the few ships that docks in the center of Hamilton, instead of at the mega-berths at Bermuda's West End.

After departing Boston Veendam spends a day at sea, arriving Hamilton mid-day. The ship then spends 2.5 days alongside. While in Hamilton, the ship’s casino and gift shops will remain open. Veendam departs Bermuda mid-day on day four, with two nights and a full day at sea before arriving back at Boston.

The seven-day Bermuda itinerary can be combined with a seven-day Canada/New England cruise to create a 14-day 'Bermuda & Canada/New England Collectors’ Voyage.' The four Collectors’ Voyages in May and June start or end at Montréal and Boston and call at Québec City, Charlottetown (PEI), Sydney and Halifax (Nova Scotia), Bar Harbor (Maine) and Hamilton.

Fares begin at $799 for the week-long cruises and $1,449 for the 14-day Collectors’ Voyages—the identical lead pricing as in 2015.
