56 year old Di Marco, will work with Sandro Trevisanato, who has been confirmed as president VTP.
Di Marco was president of Ravenna Port Authoriy and president of T&C Traghetti e Crociere from 2012-16, before joing VTP.
Previously he was chief investment officer and senrior partner at F2i, a major European invtesment fund for infrastructure.He has also held executive positions, both in Italy and abroad, with Gruppo Atlantia.
