Jack Anderson spent four years at Crystal, ultimately as vice chairman
Highly respected cruise veteran Jack Anderson is back with Crystal, on a consulting basis. He has a six-month project as adviser to president and CEO Tom Wolber on a wide range of areas of opportunity.

'Tom is definitely the right person to stabilize and lead the Crystal brand to excellence. I’m pleased to help anyway I can,' Anderson said.

He told Seatrade Cruise News the consulting gig is 'exclusive for now.'

Anderson spent four years with Crystal, starting in July 2011 as SVP marketing and sales, where his accomplishments included implementing the 'Book Now' pricing model with interval pricing increases and introducing itineraries and pricing ahead of competitors. He was promoted to vice chairman in 2013.

Anderson left Crystal in July 2015. Since then, he's served as a strategic adviser for the cruise and hospitality businesses.

Before Crystal, Anderson was SVP worldwide marketing and sales for Seabourn and VP marketing and executive director for Carnival Corp.'s World's Leading Cruise Lines. Earlier, he spent a dozen years as SVP marketing, sales, public relations and customer relations for Holland America Line and Windstar Cruises.
