Michelle Black said Viking's arrival in Australasia is 'a fantastic marketing opportunity for us'
Michelle Black, md Viking Cruises Australia and New Zealand, said Viking Spirit, which will be the fifth ship to join the fleet in July  2018, will spend three months cruising between Sydney and Auckland from December that year.

The company will debut in Australia and New Zealand when its newest ocean ship, Viking Sun, makes its 141-day  world cruise from Miami on December 15 to London, visiting five continents, 35 countries and 66 ports.

She will be in the Bay of Islands on January 28, 2018 before cruising around New Zealand and going on to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, the Whitsundays, Cairns, Thursday Island and Darwin.

‘We are thrilled to be bringing our ocean ships to Australia for the first time next year and can’t wait to showcase to the industry our award-winning product,’ Black said.
