Voyages to Antiquity appoints new UK PR agency ahead of ship’s first visit
Siren Communications has been briefed by Voyages to Antiquity to create a PR and communications strategy to engage new audiences and drive visibility across multiple media channels and platforms to increase both brand awareness and passenger numbers from the UK.

Siren Communications will report to new managing director, Jos Dewing, based at the company’s UK head office in Oxford.

Dewing joined Voyages to Antiquity in December 2014 as managing director designate, as md David Yellow scaled back his involvement with the cruise line, prior to retiring.

Dewing previously founded a specialist travel marketing consultancy and has also sat on the board of directors at All Leisure Holidays where he controlled e-commerce, sales and marketing for two of the company’s niche cruise lines, Swan Hellenic and Voyages of Discovery.

Voyages to Antiquity’s ship Aegean Odyssey is due to call in the UK for the first time in 2016.

Dewing says, ‘We are really excited to be working with Siren Communications to promote Voyages to Antiquity.  Having previously worked with the agency, in a former role, I know from experience that their expertise in the cruise sector is second to none and their attention to detail and commitment to delivery is equally impressive.’
