'Gretchen has been a part of the SeaDream family for many years and will be missed. We are thankful for her many contributions and wish her well in this next stage,' the company said in a statement to Seatrade Cruise News.
Bell joined SeaDream at its inception in 2001. Before that, she had served as director of national accounts at Cunard Line and spent 15 years in sales at Royal Caribbean.
Her LinkedIn profile lists Bell as a travel industry consultant, from this month.
