The compensation for Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, former president/CEO, Celebrity Cruises, was $9.7m, up from $4.7m in 2022, mainly due to a $4.1m transition and separation payment. Lutoff-Perlo transitioned to vice chair, Royal Caribbean Group, on May 1, 2023.
Her separation from the company is scheduled for April 25, a date coinciding with Royal Caribbean Group's first quarter earnings report.
Naftali Holtz
CFO Naftali Holtz received total compensation valued at $4.8m, up from $2.8m. This includes a salary of $792,466.
Harri Kulovaara
Harri Kulovaara, EVP maritime, Royal Caribbean Group, received compensation valued at $4.6m, up from $3.6m. His salary was $ 878,222.
Laura Hodges Bethge
Laura Hodges Bethge, promoted to president, Celebrity Cruises, on May 1 last year, joined the company's named officers for the first time. Her total compensation was valued at $3.3m, including a salary of $724,104.
