ITOL is the UK's professional body for trainers and learning and development professionals. It provides independent accreditation to organizations in a variety of industries and has worked with international players like Toshiba, Staples and Airbus.

Promoting excellence

'ITOL promotes excellence in our members, who aim to achieve the highest standards in all they do, allowing them to pass that commitment to those they train,' ITOL Director Harry Bundred said. 'We are excited to work with Lemoneight to raise the standard and bring validated, high-quality professional training to the cruise tourism sector.'

Lemoneight founder and CEO Claudine Pohl said her firm will continue to offer 'innovative, high-energy, interactive and fun training workshops as it always has,' adding that clients can now rest assured Lemoneight material and methods have been benchmarked against international best practice as an ITOL member.

'We are excited to raise the bar for cruise tourism training once again and see how this new oversight will help our clients achieve their goals,' Pohl said.
