New telehealth solution enables contactless cabin visits and shoreside support

The telehealth solution - free of charge to the company’s clients during the pandemic - can connect to shoreside specialists when additional medical assistance is needed, limiting unnecessary interaction and promoting non-transmission. 

Deployment

SeaConsult can be rapidly deployed since 95% of the cruise industry uses the Tritan Software SeaCare Health Platform, so the company claims. To ensure the virtual telehealth platform operates effectively at sea, Tritan Software has also announced an update to its SeaSync tool for use in limited connectivity environments.

Public health management

SeaCare - a GDPR and HIPAA-compliant platform - provides public health and communicable disease management applications, including: automated close contact tracing, quarantine management, epicurve trending, outbreak prevention notifications and the integration of critical compliance requirements to the numerous global authorities such as the CDC and US Coast, among others bodies.
