A series of short films, which will run across the line's social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, profiles the broad history and deep roots that connect the ‘Regent family.'

The films will feature a range of Regent guest favorites. Each story depicts their personal passions while at home and highlights how both on-board and shoreside team members bring life to the Regent experience.

First up: Cruise Director John Barron

The series launches with a short film featuring Cruise Director John Barron from the UK, who relates how he and his wife first worked together on Seven Seas Navigator's inaugural world cruise and lifts the curtain on their family life at home. Later in the series, Maître d' Jorge Caeiro, who has traveled the world during his tenure with Regent, shows viewers his olive groves at home in Portugal.

Creating connections

'The unrivaled experience that guests receive with Regent Seven Seas Cruises would not be possible without the incredible dedication and passion demonstrated by our crew and shoreside teams,' President and CEO Jason Montague said. 'From the very first phone call, to the bittersweet farewell at the end of the cruise, the heart of what we do is creating connections and memories with our guests as we explore the world together. This is perfectly encapsulated in this film series, which we are delighted to share with our guests.'

The first episode of ‘The Heart of What We Do’ is here.
