New shows for Carnival Celebration range from a circus performance with aerialists to an indie rock/pop love story, a classic rock show incorporating 16 giant moving LED screens and a Brazilian extravaganza.

There will be new game shows, too.

'... Eye-catching aerialists, cutting-edge technology and next-level talent will dazzle our guests every evening,' said Chris Nelson, VP entertainment, Carnival Cruise Line.

'The Most Magnificent Circus'

This story celebrating self-discovery and acceptance will unfold to reimagined hits as a big-top circus comes to life. Wire-rigged performers will soar above and beyond the audience, creating action in every direction. This most extravagant aerialist show in the Carnival fleet uses all of the ship’s high-flying capabilities to the max, with trapeze, chair, chandelier, hoop, ladder and mirror aerial performances throughout.

'Color My World'

Romance will be in the air as a popular artist and his assistant go on a journey of love through art and color. The show blends dance styles such as street jazz, hip-hop, musical theater and ballet with songs from indie rock and pop genres. It will feature feature live painting on stage with music and choreography to match.

'Visual Symphony'

This innovative show (starting in December) will use Celebration Central’s 16 massive moving LED screens, lasers and classic rock music. The LED walls’ content will be synced with the choreographed lighting designs in this three-deck space.

'Rio Carnival'

Starting in May, this high-energy Brazilian extravaganza will have the audience moving in a parade and celebration of music and dance as the cast performs samba, bossa nova, marchinha, batudada, forro, carimbo and capoeira set to Latin pop songs.

New game shows

In addition to 'Family Feud Live,' 'Deal or No Deal' and the 'Love and Marriage' game shows, some new offerings include 'What's Age Got to Do With It,' a question and answer trivia show where one parent and child will have to prove they are the best family duo.

In partnership with the casino team, 'Cash Bash' will offer cash prizes as cruisers compete in Fun Squad challenges and interactive activities.

For 'Guess That Grove,' participants will have to listen up and get ready to move as they show off their knowledge of iconic tunes and groovy dance skills.

More Playlist Productions

In addition to 'Color My World,' Playlist Productions will present the Celestial Strings and Cuban-meets-Latin 'Amor Cubano' shows as well as Center Stage’s festival-inspired We Are One' performance.

Carnival Celebration is scheduled to debut in November from the redesigned Terminal F at PortMiami, and will sail year-round, weekly cruises to the Eastern and Western Caribbean beginning Nov. 21.
