The Travel Ready Service can be booked three weeks ahead of departure, easing pressure on passengers
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has added the Travel Ready Service to its booking system to ease the amount of COVID-19 documentation managed by passengers ahead of cruising.

Launched today, it involves the cruise line taking care of all necessary COVID-19 related paperwork, including Passenger Locator Forms and NHS vaccination letters, as well as ordering any COVID-19 screening tests.

The service can be added to bookings three weeks ahead of departure with prices starting at £49 per person.

Tearing down obstacles to travel

‘We know that there continues to be change when it comes to travel just now, and we don’t want that to be a barrier to exploring the world again,’ said Clare Ward, director, product and customer service, Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines. ‘With our Travel Ready Service they [passengers] can feel reassured that, should any requirements change in the days leading up to, during or after their cruise, we will have it covered.’

Risk-free deposits are now available on all new bookings for Fred. Olsen sailings in 2022 where the final balance has not yet been paid. It allows passengers to move their deposit to another cruise within 12 months of their original sailing with no transfer fees.
