Ticketless Excursion

The application validates shorex bookings, working offline to track each passenger on a bus or tour. Functional on Android and iOS mobile devices, resulting data in the form of dashboards and reports can be delivered to medical staff and assist detailed manifests for authorities.

eConcierge

Using a hand-held device, Resco’s eConcierge Thermal Screening system allows crew to check-in passengers while recording their temperatures, purportedly supporting rapid identification and isolation of those with COVID-19.

Resco Ship Visitor Management

A central web portal that registers visitors at speed to shorten queues in the terminal and help ensure social distancing while boarding will also be applied to the Phoenix Reisen fleet.

The module uses Resco’s Central and Ship Management software suite to transfer details from shore offices to the ship in near real-time, improving security by working from one central and up to date list of visitors.

The solution can also be used to manage prospective passengers, staff members and contractors visiting a ship in port.
