Travel partners earn a $50 bonus, paid immediately, for every certificate purchased.

There's a limit of 10 certificates per client.

'Week of You' virtual events

This builds on the upcoming 'Week of You,' curated virtual events to inspire and support travel advisors, gear up for wave season and prepare for cruising's comeback.

In the past, NCL held an annual thank-you week for the trade. Given the exceptional strains of 2020, Chief Sales Officer Katina Athanasiou wanted to make a more meaningful connection by adding a lifestyle component.

The programming is intended to 'reinvigorate, refocus and reenergize [travel advisors] in a holistic way,' Athanasiou said.

Lifestyle experts and business leaders

The Dec. 7 to 11 'Week of You' events offer exclusive content and opportunities to engage with A-list lifestyle experts and business leaders, including The New York Times best-selling author and purpose coach Jay Shetty, 'Queer Eye’s' design guru Bobby Berk and Facebook’s Head of Travel Colleen Coulter.

Other guests are award-wining winemaker and NCL partner Michael Mondavi, Karrikins Group founder and innovative business thinker Peter Sheahan and business communications expert and best-selling author Jill Schiefelbein.

Morning, afternoon and evening programs

There will be 13 programs in three tracks: education (in the mornings), lifestyle (afternoons) and business partner/Metro Meetings with regional sales teams (evenings).

Topics will range from tips on how to establish and maintain mental well-being and mindfulness to do-it-yourself home office makeovers for a more productive work environment and leveraging social media platforms for client engagement and to grow sales.

In addition, travel partners will have the opportunity to engage with NCL executives and sales representatives with discussions focused on group sales, promotions, highlighted itineraries and other topics.

Among them will be NCL's Isis Ruiz, SVP marketing & CMO, and Jason Krimmel, VP international & trade marketing.

Also, advisors are invited to sign up to attend the Metro Meeting for their region and time zone.

The week will be capped by a performamce of 'Million Dollar Quartet,' featured on Norwegian Getaway. Recorded live at Hernando’s Hideaway in Memphis, this special rendition reunites the cast for the first time in several months exclusively for 'Week of You.'

Prize drawings

For each session attended, travel partners will be entered into a drawing for a seven-day-cruise. NCL will be giving away 20 seven-day cruises, a home office makeover by 'Queer Eye's' Berk and prizes specific to each session.

If advisors can't attend all the live sessions, they can access them on the www.ncl.com/weekofyou microsite until year's end and, thereafter, on NCL U.
