The winners were selected from hundreds of entries submitted by travel agents who were asked to describe the most memorable experience they created for a client sailing on Carnival.

'I am excited to host these winners when they are in Miami in July,' said Adolfo Pérez, Carnival’s vp trade sales and marketing. 'It’s clear there are amazing travel agents who are committed to helping create wonderful vacation memories for their clients.'

The winners include Jane Patterson of Destination Weddings Travel Group in Newmarket, Ontario, who provided an amazing birthday celebration and first cruise for a 100-year-old.

Marilyn Hyatt of Anywhere Inc., in Methuen, Massachusetts, worked to make a cruise fun and memorable for a group from the Polish Veterans Association who have become loyal, long-time group clients.

And Kelly Brewer of Brewer Travel in Lowell, Arkansas, used social media to share the experiences of one of her energetic clients who is a young Carnival brand ambassador.

Winners receive a Carnival Journeys cruise for two in balcony accommodations. Carnival Journeys are nine- to 15-day cruises that kick off this fall and feature some less-visited ports and unusual port combinations throughout the Caribbean, Central America, Hawaii and Mexico, along with special shipboard activities and experiences.

During their visit to Carnival’s headquarters, the winners will receive a behind-the-scenes tour led by Pérez, followed by lunch with Carnival president Christine Duffy evp sales & guest services Lynn Torrent. Later that evening, Carnival’s sales team will host the winners for dinner at a local restaurant.
