APT, the Victorian-based family-owned company, took a 51% stake in Noble Caledonia in 2012 and is now the 100% owner of Caledonian Sky, the former Hebridean Spirit built as Renaissance VI.

The 91-meter ship will operate 25 Broome/Darwin/Broome departures until September.

Biggest season in 40 years

‘This season is looking to be one of our biggest in our 40-plus year history in the Kimberley,’ Product Manager Cher Lontok said.

Lontok said there is a range of itineraries, from a seven-day ‘Kimberley Coastal Encounter’ where passengers view indigenous rock art on Bigge Island to a 10-day ‘Grand Kimberley Coast’ which includes a high-power boat ride to the mouth of the Horizontal Falls.

There is a 24-day ‘Kimberley Complete with Grand Kimberley Coast’ featuring a 4WD.
