The voyages across both of the company’s purpose-built ships — Greg Mortimer and the new Sylvia Earle — are designed to give travellers more options for exploring the white continent.

Time-poor travellers

They include a nine-day ‘Antarctic Explorer Express’ for time-poor people wanting a brief encounter with the Antarctic Peninsula.

‘Circle and Weddell’ is an 18-day voyage aimed at ticking off two major Antarctica wish-list boxes — crossing the Antarctic Circle and an attempt to forge a path through the ice in the Weddell Sea.

Northwest Passage

The ‘Complete Northwest Passage’ voyage aboard Sylvia Earle departing Toronto on August 24, 2023, will follow Roald Amundsen’s historic expedition and will attempt to sail the full length of the Northwest Passage.

‘Ireland and Scotland Discovery’ departs Dublin on May 17, 2023, for Aberdeen and explores the rugged west coast of Ireland and wind-ravaged islands on the west coast of Scotland. It is part of an earlier announced UK inaugural season

There is an early-bird offer of savings up to 25% on bookings made by June 30.

Pioneering heritage

‘We are thrilled to launch our new Antarctica season where we have continued to build on our pioneering heritage in exploring this region,’ CMO Hayley Peacock-Gower said.

‘Alongside our well-loved classic itineraries, we have continued to innovate and offer new and varied ways for our expeditioners to discover this awe-inspiring destination,’ she added.
