On October 29 she makes an 11-day voyage from Lautoka, Fiji, to Auckland, calling at ports in Vanuatu, New Caledonia and Norfolk Island.

NZ in depth

On November 18 she departs Queenstown on an 18-day ‘New Zealand in Depth’ voyage to Auckland.

There is pre-night cruise accommodation in Queenstown before boarding in Bluff to cruise from south to north.

Scenic Eclipse II sails around the bottom of the South Island, calling at Stewart Island, then continues on a loop to Dunedin, Christchurch, Nelson, Napier and Wellington.

She will set out into the South Pacific, calling at Norfolk Island before continuing to the Bay of Islands and disembarking passengers in Auckland.

Shorter sectors

There is a shorter 11-day ‘Taste of New Zealand’ option that takes passengers from Queenstown to Wellington on Scenic Eclipse II’s  November 18 departure.

Alternatively, passengers may join Scenic Eclipse II in Wellington for the eight-day voyage to Auckland on November 28.

On December 5 she makes a 13-day voyage from Auckland to Queenstown that includes cruising in the World Heritage-listed Milford Sound.

Exploring by helicopter

‘We are very proud to offer the Scenic Eclipse II ultra-luxury experience in the New Zealand region and welcome guests on board to explore beyond the horizon on the two state-of-the-art helicopters,’ Scenic Group GM Sales & Marketing APAC Anthony Laver said.

‘We can’t wait to share the wonders of New Zealand with our guests as Scenic Eclipse II commences her maiden voyages November, December and February, marking a new era of discovery yacht cruising in the region.’
