Scenic Eclipse and Scenic Eclipse II will visit all seven continents during their 2024/25 ‘World Discoveries’ voyages
Scenic’s two discovery yachts will visit 350 ports in 49 countries across all seven continents from October 2024 to December 2025.

Scenic Eclipse will undertake voyages through the Americas, the Antarctic Peninsula, Europe and the Mediterranean, while Scenic Eclipse II will explore East Antarctica, New Zealand, Australia, the South Pacific, Japan, Borneo and Indonesia.

37-year history

‘The expansion of our Scenic fleet to two discovery yachts, as well as the release of our new Worldwide Discoveries brochure, marks a major milestone in Scenic’s 37-year history,’ GM Sales and Marketing APAC Anthony Laver said.

‘Our fleet of discovery yachts will journey to all seven continents, giving guests even more unforgettable destinations and unrivalled discovery of remote destinations like the Kimberley, the west coast of Australia and East Antarctica regions,’ Laver said.

First in Australian waters

Scenic Eclipse II will become the first Scenic ship to cruise in Australian waters, where the company was founded almost four decades ago, giving Australians and New Zealanders the option to depart from ports closer to home, like Hobart, Sydney, Queenstown, Darwin and Auckland.

Significant local demand

‘With less than 12 months until Scenic Eclipse II arrives in Sydney Harbour on April 20, 2024, we are seeing significant local demand for these ultra-luxury voyages, which are unlike any other ultra-luxury cruising experience in the region’ Laver said.

‘Our new discovery yacht will then embark on her inaugural nine-day "Chairman’s Voyage, East Coast & Reefs," continuing her circumnavigation of Australia.’

Scenic Eclipse II will then be based in the Southern Hemisphere for the next two years.

Cruise combinations

There are seamless cruise combinations in the collection, like ‘Secrets of Indonesia: Spice Islands & Raja Ampat’ with ‘Jewels of Indonesia and Torres Strait & Cape York.’

Or ‘East Coast of Australia: Beaches & the Great Barrier Reef’ with ‘Northern Australia & the Indonesian Archipelago.’

There is a range of super early-bird airfare inclusive offers and voyage savings.
