Six journeys are slated for 2024 featuring five to nine days of programming. In addition, all Swan Hellenic ships will have a Chopra-certified meditation and yoga teacher offering daily private and group sessions.

First US sailings in 2024

The partnership goes in tandem with Swan Hellenic's first US sailings in 2024.

'This collaboration mirrors our commitment to delivering authentic luxury and intimate, remote experiences with well-being at the forefront,' Swan Hellenic CEO Andrea Zito said.

'Explore & Restore' cruises

'Explore & Restore' expeditions in 2024 include Panama City to Acapulco (March 27 to April 2), Nassau to New York, including a session with Chopra (May 10-15), New York to Halifax, including a session with Chopra (May 15-21), Palermo (Sicily) to Piraeus (Aug. 28 to Sept. 5), St. Maarten to Barbados (Oct. 16-22) and Maputo (Mozambique) to Cape Town (Nov. 6-13).

'Explore & Restore' expeditions will include Ayurvedic culinary offerings, daily meditation, yoga and breathwork classes, and expert-led workshops.

Part of The Healing Company

'As the travel and wellness industries have become more inexorably linked, our partnership with Swan Hellenic to create a deeply enriching expedition signifies the increasing demand for a new travel experience, one where personal well-being is seamlessly integrated into every voyage,' said Simon Belsham, CEO and co-founder of The Healing Company, a publicly listed group that includes Chopra.
