They are chairman Micky Arison, Sir Jonathon Band, Arnold Donald, Dick Glasier, Debra Kelly-Ennis, Sir John Parker, Stuart Subotnick, Laura Weil and Randall Weisenburger.

Committee chairs are Glasier (audit), Parker (health, environmental, safety and security), Subotnick (nominating and governance) and Weisenburger (compensation).

All the resolutions recommended by the board were passed, including approving executive compensation and granting the general authority to buy back Carnival plc ordinary shares up to 10% of Carnival plc's ordinary shares in issue, or just under 21.65m.
