Del Rio's 2021 compensation valued at $19.7m

Frank Del Rio's 2021 compensation totaled nearly $19.7m, compared to $36.4m the year before and $17.8m in 2019.

The president and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings received a $1,797,041 salary, $3.6m bonus and stock awards valued at $14m. Del Rio also got 'other compensation' of $208,088, including an automobile, travel expense allowance, $20,0000 country club membership, premium medical plan and further perks.

(Del Rio's 2020 balloon increase had come from an additional $10.27m for a prior contract payout, a $2.82m cash inducement award and stock awards valued at $5.75m more than in 2019.)

$3.6m each for Kempa, Lindsay, Sommer, Montague

The company's four other named executives each received compensation totaling $3.6m. They  are EVP/CFO Mark Kempa, EVP Vessel Operations Robin Lindsay, Norwegian Cruise Line President/CEO Harry Sommer and Regent Seven Seas Cruises President/CEO Jason Montague.

Each received the same salary ($698,849), stock awards (nearly $2.16m) and bonus ($700,000). They also received 'other compensation' that varied slightly by executive.
