Royal Caribbean Group priced its concurrent private offerings of $1b 9.25% senior guaranteed notes and $1b 8.25% senior secured notes, both due 2029.

The company intends to use the proceeds both offerings, together with cash on hand, to redeem all its outstanding 9.125% priority guaranteed notes and 10.875% senior secured notes, both due 2023.

The notes are expected to be issued on or around Oct. 6.

The closing of each offering is not contingent upon the closing of the other offering.
