Royal Caribbean Group priced shares at $91 in its underwritten public offering of 16,938,148 shares of common stock.

The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Morgan Stanley and BofA Securities are acting as joint book-running managers and underwriter.

The offering is expected to close March 3. 

RCL opened at $92.78 on Monday and fell 1% in morning trading.

Perella Weinberg Partners is serving as independent financial advisor to the Royal Caribbean Group.
