Carnival files to sell up to $500m in shares in at-the-market offering program

Carnival intends to use the net proceeds to purchase ordinary shares of Carnival plc on at least an equivalent basis and may use the remaining net proceeds, if any, for general corporate purposes.

Sales when UK shares are trading at a discount

The company plans to sell only when Carnival plc shares are trading in the United Kingdom at a discount to Carnival Corp. shares.

The program is expected run from today and to end no later than Jan. 31, 2022.
