Following the transactions, Donald still holds 170,371 shares directly, including dividend equivalent shares associated with the release of restricted stock units, and 565,199 shares indirectly via a trust.

All the sales were executed in multiple trades on Jan. 14 at an average price of $21.12 per share. The same goes for the following sales by CFO David Bernstein and General Counsel Arnie Perez.

CFO's share sales

CFO and Chief Accounting Officer Bernstein sold 49,031 shares for a little more than $1m.

He still directly holds 74,156 shares, including dividend equivalent shares associated with the release of restricted stock units.

General counsel's share sales

General Counsel and Secretary Perez sold 14,215 CCL shares for $300,221.

He still holds 31,357 shares directly, including dividend equivalent shares associated with the release of restricted stock units, and 34,832 shares indirectly via a trust.

On Tuesday, CCL closed at $20.87, up 8 cents.
