New shareholder engagement platform for NCLH Oct. 6 investor event

New platform will provide all shareholders, large or small, a new avenue to facilitate direct communication with NCLH leadership, Frank Del Rio said
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. will deploy a new shareholder engagement platform for its upcoming investor/analyst event.

The Oct. 6 event will be held aboard Norwegian Prima in New York.

Attendance is by invitation only but the event will be simultaneously livestreamed via the company's investor relations website.

Platform for questions

NCLH is partnering with Say Technologies to provide a new shareholder engagement platform that will allow any verified retail or institutional NCLH shareholder to submit and upvote questions to management. The company said management will address a selection of 'top ranked, appropriate' questions relating to business and financial results or strategic priorities during the upcoming event.

'We are excited to debut this new shareholder engagement platform which will provide all of our valued shareholders, whether large or small, institutional or retail, a new avenue to facilitate direct communication and engagement with leadership,' said Frank Del Rio, president and CEO, NCLH.

Submit/vote on questions in advance

Starting at 8 a.m. EDT Sept. 26, NCLH shareholders may submit and upvote questions by visiting: NCLH Investor Event Q&A. The Q&A platform will remain open until 8 a.m. EDT Oct. 14.
