Why did you choose to be a judge for the inaugural F&B@Sea Awards?
I consider this an honor to be a part of this historic event!
In your view, why are the F&B@Sea Awards crucial for the industry?
It raises awareness of what the industry is capable of doing and the high level of service given in such a confined space. Bragging rights to those who are going above and beyond the pale. It lets others know what is possible for your company/group on the high seas.
What advice would you give to companies considering entering the awards?
A game only! If you really have to think about it, you are probably not ready to win.
What, in your opinion, constitutes a standout entry?
Exemplary services, cutting edge skills, a can do mindset.
What are the top three criteria you prioritize when evaluating an entry?
Uniqueness, skill level, replicable
Lastly, what are the three F&B trends in 2024 that excite you the most?
More craft cocktails with low or no alcohol. Tastier plant based options. keeping those cuisine fusions going!
