Working with Celebrity since 2012, Clarke is hosting a series of masterclasses, food and wine pairings as well as bespoke shore excursions during the annual grape harvest.

The 12-night France & Iberian Discovery Cruises depart from UK port of Harwich (UK) on September 19 or October 1, 2014 and will call at Paris (Le Havre, France), La Rochelle (France) for an overnight stay, overnight in Bilbao (Spain), Vigo (Spain) and Porto (Leixoes, Portugal) before returning to Harwich.

Guests on the September 19 sailing can customise their holiday with a series of exclusive packages including a  collection of five masterclasses across four days to include cheese and wine pairing, introduction to French Wine, Bordeaux masterclass, French wine masterclass and Introduction to Spanish wines at £119 per person. 

Another option is an intimate dinner with Clarke who will match his personal wine recommendations to each part of a five course tasting menu hosted in the speciality restaurant SS United States, priced at £75 per person.

A tour option at £183 per person see guests joing Clarke and Irish food writer and columnist Tom Doorley, on a trip

to the village of Saint Emillon for lunch at a restaurant  in a cave. Followed by a visit to Chateau Siaurac in Lalande-de-Pomerol for vineyard tour during harvest and wine tasting.

The October 1, 2014 sailing will offer similar programmes hosted by Clarke and Tom Forrest, resident wine expert of Vinopolis, a London wine tasting experience and includes a Rioja chateaux tour.
