Special dinners, sake tastings and celebrations are set to feature Nobu's famous Peruvian-infused Japanese fare. Throughout the 13-day voyage, the chef—whose cuisine is featured in Crystal’s on-board Silk Road and The Sushi Bar—will share his talents during cooking demos, book signings and sake tastings with sake master Hazu.

Other experiences planned for the voyage are two omakase, or chef’s choice, dinners in Silk Road, with menus by Nobu featuring connoisseur ingredients including toro tuna, paired with champagne, and rare, specially-crafted Hokustsu 'Northern Snow' sake and Ongaku-shu 'Musical Sake.' The $250 per person dinners include a signed cookbook and photo with Nobu.

An extravagant, $1,000-per-person Ultimate Vintage Room Dinner, with a menu complete with champagne and wine pairings for 12 people is another special event.

Nobu’s Japanese-Peruvian fusion has been served complimentary in Silk Road and The Sushi Bar on board every Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity sailing since 2003 and 2008, respectively. He personally trains all chefs, designs all menus and frequently visits the ships for ongoing refinement.

Until Oct. 31, all-inclusive, value-priced 'Book Now' fares for the 'Epicurean Escapade' start at $5,320 per person.
