Costa to recruit pastry chefs from prestigious Italian culinary school
Costa Cruises plans to recruit pastry chefs from CAST Alimenti (Food, Art, Science and Technology Centre), one of the most prestigious Italian culinary schools.

Recruiting days are scheduled for March 11, April 22 and June 18 at the CAST Alimenti cooking school in Brescia. To participate in the selection process candidates must have attended a CAST Alimenti pastry course and have at least one year of experience in the pastry sector or, as an alternative, three years of experience in the pastry sector, in addition to B1-level spoken English skills.
Recruiting days will include a presentation about Costa Cruises and CAST Alimenti, a job interview and a cooking test. At every recruiting day a maximum of 15 candidates will be selected and offered an initial job opportunity on board a Costa ship.
