They'll bring dishes of Italian heritage to the speciality restaurant Osteria d’Ovidio on Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity.

Three Michelin stars for 22 years

Massimiliano is the youngest chef ever to be awarded three Michelin stars and has held them for an unprecedented 22 years, and Raffaele is co-owner of their celebrated restaurants.

Massimiliano Alajmo will work directly with Crystal’s culinary experts to ensure fresh and local ingredients are sourced for all dishes, including specialty items from Italy, his home country. He'll also collaborate with Crystal’s sommeliers to create specialty wine pairings for the Osteria d’Ovidio menus.

'We believe in creating memorable experiences through food, and our dishes are crafted with the utmost care and dedication,' the chef said. 'We are excited to share our vision and bring these dishes to life for Crystal's guests dining in Osteria d’Ovidio.'

Dining at Alajmo's restaurants in Padua and Venice

Cruisers will also be able to dine at Alajmo's restaurants Le Calandre in Padua and Grancaffè & Ristorante Quadri in Venice through Crystal sister brand Abercrombie & Kent’s specially curated shore excursions.

This partnership joins other Crystal culinary collaborations including the only Nobu at sea, Umi Uma, and Beefbar by Riccardo Giraudi, coming aboard later this year.
