Britannia passengers, meanwhile, have access to a 175th Celebration Package offering free balcony upgrades and on-board credit.

The Grills tradition began on the original Queen Mary in 1936 when passengers paid an extra tariff for an evening of dining and dancing in the sophisticated Verandah Grill. This proved so popular that Queen Elizabeth 2 continued the concept with the Grill Room.

Today, the Grills experience continues aboard Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth, providing passengers with deluxe accommodations and exclusive spaces. At embarkation, Grills passengers get fresh strawberries and a bottle of wine or champagne in their suites. A concierge is available to orchestrate arrangements.

For Queens Grill guests, a butler is on hand to assist with needs from unpacking to serving nightly canapés. Grills suites dining is single seating with the freedom to order personalized meals in the Queens Grill or Princess Grill restaurants.

Now, with The Grills Inclusive Package, extras include an on-board credit of $60 per stateroom ($30 per person) per day.

Passengers will receive four bottles of wine per stateroom for voyages of 13 or fewer days, six bottles per stateroom for voyages of 14 to 20 days and nine bottles per stateroom for voyages of 21 days or more.

An alternative dining credit gives $70 per stateroom for Queen Mary 2 and Queen Elizabeth voyages, and $48 per stateroom for Queen Victoria voyages.

The suggested daily gratuity of $13.50 per person for Grills Suites will be credited.

Grills guests will receive 120, 240 or 480 Internet minutes per person based on voyage length. Other perks are up to two professional keepsake photos per stateroom and up to two specialty coffee cards per stateroom.

For Britannia passengers, the 175th Celebration Package offers free balcony upgrades, on-board credit and a reduced, refundable deposit on all three Queens. For Europe voyages, the offer features free double upgrades from inside to balcony stateroom, up to $300 on-board credit per stateroom and a reduced, refundable deposit of $175 per person.

For trans-Atlantic crossings, New England/Canada and Caribbean voyages, the offer features free upgrades from ocean-view to balcony staterooms, up to $300 on-board credit per stateroom and a reduced, refundable deposit of $175 per person.

The Grills Inclusive Package and the 175th Celebration Package are applicable to most sailings from May 3, 2015, to Jan. 3, 2016.
