The voyage will take place from November 17-24 in the Galapagos Islands operated by Theory, Evolve or Origin, which sail under the Relais & Chateaux banner and specialise in itineraries to the archipelago.

It marks a new era for culinary across the Ecoventura fleet with gastronomic sailings planned for all three luxury expedition vessels in 2025 featuring world-class pop-up chefs.

2025 culinary departures

The anniversary voyage and the upcoming 2025 culinary departures are not only an opportunity for passengers to swim with young sea lions and snorkel alongside sea turtles, but to explore the rich tapestry of Ecuadorian cuisine. The Relais & Chateaux chefs taking over each departure will showcase the Galapagos and the country's culture through meals that capture the heart and vibrancy of the locale.

Passengers are offered breakfast, lunches and four-course nightly dinners aboard the 20-passenger ships, a cooking masterclass and a behind-the-scenes kitchen tour.

Local ingredients

Ecoventura regularly sources over 53% of all ingredients used onboard the vessels from the Galapagos. This supports the economy and local farmers' responsible growing practices, and means passengers can experience authentic flavours from Ecuador and seasonal flavours of the archipelago itself.
