The world-renowned Beefbar, born in Monte-Carlo, is the brainchild of restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi and has more than 20 locations including Mykonos, Paris, Milan, St. Bart's and Hong Kong.

US debut coming

The brand will soon make its US debut with a location set to open in New York City this spring.

However, during the South Beach Wine and Food Festival this evening attendees will get the first opportunity to sample the cuisine. This will take place at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach and Fontainebleau Las Vegas present Wine Spectator’s 'Best of the Best' sponsored by Crystal.

Shared commitment to excellence

'As the first cruise line to offer Beefbar exclusively, we are bringing an extraordinary dining experience to our guests, aligning our brands with a shared commitment to excellence,' said Cristina Levis, CEO of Monaco-based A&K Travel Group. 'Riccardo is a visionary and a friend, and it is with this vision and values that Crystal is dedicated to once again elevating the standards of culinary excellence.'

Crystal cruisers can look forward to a Beefbar menu during lunch and dinner service that features a variety of items including vegetarian and vegan options as well as specialty cocktails. Signature dishes of Tastes will also be served at Beefbar on board.

Tastes Kitchen & Bar is located on the Lido Deck of Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony.

More details are to come.
