During the three-night cruise, Chan tailored menus with Hong Kong-style dishes for the ship's restaurants and shared tips at cooking demonstrations. He also took passengers to top restaurants in port where they sampled local delicacies in Kaohsiung and feasted on a lychee banquet in Taichung.

Chan is also scheduled to join SuperStar Virgo's May 21 cruise.
